deep dives, and test readouts so that marketing can understand and improve campaign performance.

Our Marketing analytics transformation is in full swing. Our team helps to power PayPal’s high-growth Marketing organization by delivering actionable insights and business intelligence at scale for Consumer Marketing Org.

Job Description:

Your way to impact

My team is paid media analytics, sitting under marketing analytics. On a high level, we help measure the impact of marketing campaigns on external ad platform with geo test. From the test, we will derive reporting proxies and implement those in paid media dashboard, used across all segments.

Your day to day

In your day-to-day role you will

Manage multiple analytical projects at a time, in a fast-paced, intense, and results-oriented environment.
Influence stakeholders to make business decisions in alignment with global measurement approaches.
Building and maintaining data pipelines and dashboards.
Design and analyze geo tests.

What do you need to bring-

Experience with building data pipelines with SQL.
Experience with visualizations, dashboards, and reports.
Extensive knowledge of AB testing and some exposure to causal inference methods such as difference in difference and synthetic control.
