Should have experience in driving numbers in terms of campaigns</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Monetization Strategy Support: Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies aimed at monetizing Razorpay’s products and services, including supporting pricing experiments</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Collaborate on initiatives to optimize the conversion funnel, assisting with A/B tests and refining user flows to enhance conversion rates.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Product-Led Growth Assistance: Aid in identifying opportunities for product-led growth and support the integration of marketing efforts with product development.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align growth initiatives with overall business objectives, supporting coordination with product, design, engineering, and sales teams</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Familiar with CRM platforms: Should have knowledge to design email, whatsapp campaigns and how to drive these campaigns through CRM platforms</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Understanding of cross-border eco-system and payments movement.
