Job Description

Job Title: Technician- MaintenanceJob Location: Peenya, Bangalore Role Description:Perform scheduled preventive maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with es-tablished procedures.Keep a record of preventive maintenance activities, including dates, Signatures, tasks per- formed, observations, and recommendations.Adhere to GDP guidelines to maintain accurate documentation of company assets and process-related records Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of all records related to utility systems and maintenance activities.Promptly close all site, mysite observations, ensuring adherence to the company’s quality & EHS standards.Follow prescribed protocols to address and resolve any quality-related issues or non-conformities.Proactively identify and address potential quality concerns.Identify opportunities to enhance maintenance plans, suggesting improvements to boost efficiency and cut costs.Propose cost-saving & Continuous improvement initiatives related to maintenance activities.Respond swiftly to equipment breakdowns, malfunctions, and other operational issues to minimize production disruption, also adhere to maintain proper required spares at site.Manage and supervise external contractors involved in maintenance repairs or facility/utility system modifications.Stay aware of ongoing Continuous Improvement and Sustainability projects.Have experience in constructing Documentation -related infrastructure and instruments, including URS preparation, System Risk Assessment, and subsequent validation. Have experience in managing AHU, troubleshooting, and familiarity with cleanroom designs.Ensure that Maintenance documents comply with ISO 9001 standards, applicable company group policies and procedures, and QMS documentation guidelines.Support and actively participate in the local implementation of global projects or initiatives, change management related to new and revised services, and give solutions to communicate customer notifications as needed.Support EHS and OSHA implementation as needed.Stay updated with current standards and procedures, applicable industry regulations, and trends.Be a global team player, embracing a multicultural, multilingual, and multi-time zone work environment.Have excellent networking skills, enabling effective interactions and collaborative work across all functions with various stakeholders.Have proven experience with various problem-solving methodologies. Have the ability to manage change and implement improvement solutions across cross-functional teams. Job Requirements Should have an Electrical background.Must have around 5+ years experience and at least 3 years worked in Utility and Machine maintenance role.Worked in reputed Manufacturing Industries, preferably good MNC’s. Should have handled projects, and facilities startupMust have awareness about Sustainability and Continuous improvement initiatives.
