In parallel, Razorpay is reimagining how businesses manage money by simplifying business banking (via<a href="https://razorpay.com/x/" target="_blank" data-saferedirecturl="https://www.google.com/url?q=https://razorpay.com/x/&source=gmail&ust=1660290870959000&usg=AOvVaw0ab_bX0WbaTqedmVsyWBbZ"> Razorpay X</a>) and enabling capital availability for businesses (via<a href="https://razorpay.com/capital/" target="_blank" data-saferedirecturl="https://www.google.com/url?q=https://razorpay.com/capital/&source=gmail&ust=1660290870959000&usg=AOvVaw2ymFZuuzdG2i4lPyqQYP5I"> Razorpay Capital</a>). </span></div></div><p><strong>The Role:</strong><strong> </strong></p> <ul> <li>The role is about CoS to GM and VP at RazorpayX, contributing to around 20% of the org revenue. </li> <li>Drive decision-making, program management, and implementation of various organisation-level initiatives.</li> <li>Help in establishing the organisation's roadmap, implement strategy, and oversee development.</li> <li>Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators and metrics assigned to direct reports.</li> <li>Build the framework for annual planning of the business org and accordingly align stakeholders and drive the planning execution.      </li> </ul> <p><strong>Roles and Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strategic Leadership & Decision Support</li> <li>Act as a trusted advisor and thought partner, driving strategic initiatives across X and Razorpay</li> <li>Work across different business units (Payroll, Neo Banking and Capital) to shape priorities, objectives, and actionable recommendations</li> <li>Ensure seamless execution of organizational goals (e.g., profitability, SaaS growth, talent structuring)</li> <li>Role is going to be research heavy on understanding outside in information and working with the leader on latest trends such as AI, future banking etc </li> <li>Project and Process Management</li> <li>Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of critical cross-functional projects (e.g., leadership transitions, new product bets, cross functional collaboration)</li> <li>Implement mechanisms to streamline workflows, optimize business reviews, and enhance team collaboration Communication and Alignment</li> <li>Serve as a conduit between you and senior stakeholders to foster alignment across </li> <li>functions, reducing friction between Product, Engineering, and Sales</li> <li>Draft and present high-level reports, meeting briefs, and actionable insights tailored to business priorities</li> <li>Leadership Team Enablement</li> <li>Manage executive meetings to ensure focused decision-making, follow-ups, and accountability</li> <li>Work on key projects across the organization and drive end to end outcomes</li> <li>Problem Solving & Risk Management</li> <li>Identify and address risks proactively in areas like EBITDA improvement or product pivots</li> </ul> <p><strong>Mandatory Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Economics, or related field (required)</li> <li>MBA or equivalent advanced degree in a relevant discipline (highly preferred) Experience</li> <li>6+ years of experience, with a mix of strategic consulting, operations, or leadership roles</li> <li>Proven track record of scaling businesses or driving organizational change in fast-paced environments (e.g., startup scaling, corporate card development, subvention scaling)</li> <li>Good-to-Have:</li> <li>Fintech or SaaS exposure and familiarity with banking processes or AI-based product management skills</li> <li>Excellent leadership, organizational design, and decision-making acumen</li> <li>Proficiency in driving cross-functional initiatives and executive-level communication</li> </ul> <p><strong>Good-to-Have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Data-driven analysis (SQL, dashboards, financial modeling) and experience with tools like Tableau, Jira, or OKR platforms</li> <li>Understanding of tools like AI, research platforms etc to drive efficiency for the leader and the org</li> <li>Experience in navigating regulatory environments and partnership development (e.g., banking tie-ups, Swiggy-level partnerships).</li> <li>Forward-looking mindset to innovate in areas like SaaS growth and tier-2 city expansions.</li> </ul> <p> </p><div class="content-conclusion"><div class="gmail_default"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
