This role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in the fintech industry, exceptional team management skills, navigate the ecosystem to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams and the ability to drive process excellence while fostering strong relationships with key partners. <h3>Key Responsibilities</h3> <ol> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Sales Target Achievement:</li> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Drive engagement & adoption by partners to scale business growth.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Develop and execute strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for both hunting and farming teams.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Monitor team performance against KPIs and take corrective actions to ensure targets are met.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Identify new business opportunities and drive initiatives to expand the customer base.</li> </ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Team Leadership & Development:</li> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team of business professionals.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Groom and guide the team on product knowledge, product use cases across various verticals, solution based selling, sales & account management skill set.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and implement development plans for team members.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team culture.</li> </ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Process Management:</li> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Oversee and optimize sales processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Implement best practices to streamline operations and improve team productivity.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Work with cross-functional teams to create compelling sales collaterals highlighting the Razorpay value propositions for partner ecosystem & their merchants.</li> </ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Relationship Management:</li> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, clients, and stakeholders.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Act as the primary point of contact for escalated client issues and ensure timely resolution.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.</li> </ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Market & Industry Insights:</li> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Leverage insights to refine sales strategies and identify growth opportunities.</li> </ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Reporting & Analysis:</li> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, sales metrics, and market trends to senior management.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.</li> </ul> </ol> <h3>Qualifications</h3> <ol> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Education:</li> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor’s degree from a top tier institute.
