Understand what are the rules/configs required in order to enable the customer. Be the gatekeeper to validate, enable and maintain configurations on checklists.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Work closely with customers and help them go live.
