We are looking for a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and well- connected Community Manager to lead this initiative. This role is ideal for someone who can build, engage, and grow a high-impact startup community while working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, founders across B2B, e-commerce, and SaaS.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Community Strategy and Development:</strong> Lead the formulation and execution of a comprehensive strategy for the exporter community, fostering meaningful connections among founders, CXOs, and industry enablers.</li> <li><strong>Relationship Management:</strong> Cultivate and sustain relationships with community members and key contributors, ensuring active and sustained participation. Analyze trends, customer insights, and identify opportunities for founder up skilling.</li> <li><strong>Community Growth: </strong>Develop strategies to attract influential members to the community via inbound and outbound initiatives.</li> <li><strong>Content Curation:</strong> Analyze trends, customer insights, and identify relevant topics to curate engaging content, events, and areas for founder up skilling.</li> <li><strong>Social Media &  Outreach</strong>: Drive engagement through LinkedIn, Twitter, newsletters, and podcasts, positioning Razorpay Rize as the go-to platform for cross-border expansion</li> <li><strong>Networking & Collaboration</strong>: Establish and nurture a robust network of industry experts, venture capitalists, mentors, and ecosystem enablers. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to create initiatives ( online &offline ) adding value to the community.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Event Coordination: Take charge of planning, executing, and analyzing events, including mentorship sessions, expert discussions, and flagship events.
