You will lead a small but high-agency team and own horizontal programs that cut across the product portfolio — from identifying new opportunities to driving strategic planning, investor storytelling, and execution excellence.</p> <h3 data-section-id="1p4dyot" data-start="1125" data-end="1149"><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong data-start="1129" data-end="1147">What You’ll Do</strong></span></h3> <h4 data-start="1151" data-end="1189"><strong>Product & Business Strategy</strong></h4> <ul> <li data-start="1192" data-end="1277">Partner with product leadership to define and execute product and business strategy</li> <li data-start="1280" data-end="1361">Drive market research, competitive benchmarking, and new product identification</li> <li data-start="1364" data-end="1460">Evaluate Razorpay’s entry into new domains – building investment theses and execution roadmaps</li> </ul> <h4 data-start="1462" data-end="1493"><strong data-start="1467" data-end="1491">Portfolio Deep-Dives</strong></h4> <ul> <li data-start="1496" data-end="1604">Own the long-term strategy for our existing product portfolio — GTM, PMF, scale-up strategy, and new build</li> <li data-start="1607" data-end="1687">Identify product opportunities that align with Razorpay’s strategic north star</li> </ul> <h4 data-start="1689" data-end="1747"><strong data-start="1694" data-end="1745">Horizontal Programs & Cross-functional Missions</strong></h4> <ul> <li data-start="1750" data-end="1855">Conceptualize and drive horizontal product themes across compliance, experience, GTM excellence, and AI</li> <li data-start="1858" data-end="1969">Partner with cross-functional leaders to ensure alignment and success across vertical and horizontal programs</li> </ul> <h4 data-start="1971" data-end="2025"><strong data-start="1976" data-end="2023">Investor Relations & External Communication</strong></h4> <ul> <li data-start="2028" data-end="2099">Craft compelling investor narratives around Razorpay’s product vision</li> <li data-start="2102" data-end="2168">Support investor demos, deep dives, and product-led storytelling</li> </ul> <h4 data-start="2420" data-end="2453"><strong data-start="2425" data-end="2451">Execution & Governance</strong></h4> <ul> <li data-start="2456" data-end="2553">Drive long-range and annual strategic planning in collaboration with product and business heads</li> <li data-start="2556" data-end="2623">Enable org-wide OKR setting and ensure alignment across functions</li> <li data-start="2626" data-end="2721">Set up governance mechanisms and execution rituals to ensure strategy translates into results</li> </ul> <h3 data-section-id="cme4z0" data-start="2728" data-end="2760"><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong data-start="2732" data-end="2758">What We’re Looking For</strong></span></h3> <ul> <li data-start="2763" data-end="2877">5+ years of experience across Product Strategy, Tier-1 Consulting, Chief of Staff roles, or Corporate Strategy</li> <li data-start="2880" data-end="2969">Strong problem-solving skills — ability to thrive in ambiguity and structure complexity</li> <li data-start="2972" data-end="3063">Proven experience in managing multi-functional stakeholders and influencing across levels</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication — crisp, concise, and persuasive</li> <li>High ownership, bias for action, and the ability to zoom in and out of problems effortlessly</li> <li>Experience in fintech/payments/neobanking is a plus but not mandatory</li> <li>Work on some of the most complex and high-impact problems in fintech</li> <li data-start="3420" data-end="3500">Partner with some of the brightest minds in product, engineering, and business</li> <li data-start="3503" data-end="3579">Be part of a high-growth environment with best-in-class execution velocity</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><div class="gmail_default"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
