Job Description

Ensure the availability, reliability, and optimal performance of cloud servers.
- Perform regular maintenance tasks, including updates, patches, and system checks
- Respond promptly to incidents, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolution efforts.
- Implement preventive measures to minimize the occurrence of server related incidents.
- Enforce security policies and configurations to safeguard cloud server infrastructure.
- Conduct regular security audits and address vulnerabilities in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain robust backup and recovery strategies for critical server data.
- Execute periodic backup tests and ensure data integrity and availability.
- Monitor server resource utilization and plan for capacity upgrades as needed.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to optimize resource allocation and performance.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for server configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps.
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to support staff on server related activities.
- Collaborate with other IT teams and stakeholders to address cross functional dependencies.
- Participate in planning and implementing server related projects and initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement in server management.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging technologies relevant to on cloud server environments.
- Proactive Monitoring of overall infrastructure ( Logs/Resources etc.) with/without monitoring tools like Splunk/cloud manager cli.
- Planning/Managing for cut over & golive activities along with deployment of different related component in AEM.
