JOB DESCRIPTION
Skill: Automation Anywhere Support
Role: T2
We are seeking a skilled Automation Anywhere Support Specialist to join our IT team. This role focuses on providing advanced Level 2 and Level 3 support for Automation Anywhere solutions within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of RPA technologies, particularly Automation Anywhere(A360), and a proven track record in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.
Key Responsibilities
Provide L2 and L3 support for Automation Anywhere by troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving complex technical issues in a timely manner.
Manage incident lifecycle from detection and recording to closure and verification.
Should be conversant with RPA Life cycle.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for Automation Anywhere , IQ Bot processes and troubleshooting steps.
Collaborate with IT teams to integrate RPA solutions with other internal systems.
Will be troubleshooting support issues, Conduct root cause analysis for recurring or critical problems and suggest improvements to reduce incident rates.
Problem solving acumen and skills.
Ensure high availability and reliability of RPA implementations.
Guide and train L1 support teams to handle basic Automation Anywhere issues effectively.
Stay updated with the latest Automation Anywhere updates and technologies to enhance system performance and provide feedback to the development teams for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Should have minimum 3 years of experience in supporting Automation Anywhere (A360) in a corporate environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple issues concurrently.
Client exposure & excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Mandatory).
Experience in working with cross-functional teams.
Certification in Automation Anywhere is highly preferred
