We are looking for a talented Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our team and lead the reliability efforts for our PEGA application.

Responsibilities:Lead and Coach: Provide leadership and mentorship to the squad, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. Guide team members in best practices for reliability, security, and performance.DevSecOps Implementation: Implement and maintain DevSecOps practices to ensure the secure and efficient delivery of our PEGA application. Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to integrate security into the entire development lifecycle.Reliability Engineering: Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable systems. Develop and implement strategies to improve system reliability, reduce downtime, and enhance performance.Monitoring and Incident Management: Establish robust monitoring and alerting systems to detect and respond to incidents promptly. Lead incident response efforts, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.Automation: Identify areas of toil and implement automation to improve efficiency and reliability. Develop and maintain scripts, tools, and frameworks to automate repetitive tasks.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, security experts, and product owners, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of the PEGA application.Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in site reliability engineering, DevSecOps, and PEGA application development. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the reliability and security of our systems.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience as a Site Reliability Engineer, with a focus on PEGA applications.Strong understanding of DevSecOps principles and practices.Experience in leading and coaching teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in scripting and automation tools Familiarity with monitoring and incident management tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk).Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization technologiesStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with PEGA cloud migration and defect management.Certification in PEGA, DevOps, or related fields.Experience in financial services or a similar industry.Why Join Us:Opportunity to work with a talented and dedicated team.Competitive salary and benefits package.Professional development and growth opportunities.A collaborative and inclusive work environment.
