Job Description:

As a Senior FICO Consultant at Lumen, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support in the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of our Financial Accounting (FI) module within the SAP ERP system. You will work closely with our SAP teams and Customer to analyze business requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality FICO functionality that supports financial processes and reporting needs.Hands on experience working on S/4HANA Implementation/Support projects is mandatory.Experience on SAP Financial Accounting with expertise on AP, AR,GL, Assets, Integration with MM, SD, PP, Customizations, client handling are mandatory.Hands on experience on DMEE, EBS, Country specific taxes is preferable.Experience/knowledge on COPA/Margin Analysis is required.Preparation of Test Scripts, Testing in coordination with other functional teams is required

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and participate in the full lifecycle of FICO implementation projects, from requirements gathering and design to testing, training, and support.Provide in-depth expertise in configuring, customizing, and optimizing the FI and CO modules to meet business requirements and ensure system performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate FICO with other SAP modules and third-party systems.Conduct workshops and training sessions for end users to promote effective and efficient use of FICO functionality. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements to drive operational excellence and deliver added value to the business.Stay current with SAP best practices, industry trends, and technology advancements to continuously enhance our FICO solutions

Qualifications:
Post Graduation in Finance, MBA, CA or ICWA or equivalent qualifications. Minimum of 8 years of experience as a SAP FICO Consultant, with a focus on configuring and implementing FI and CO modules. Domain experience of at least 2 years. Proven track record of successful FICO project delivery and support within complex, global organizations. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes, with the ability to translate business requirements into SAP FICO solutions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.SAP certification in FICO is preferred, but not mandatory
