font-size: 12pt;">To sustain and nurture solid relationships with key clients that generate the most income for Razorpay.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong><span style="font-family: arial, sans-serif;">Roles and Responsibilities: </span></strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">You will be primarily responsible for managing the existing products wallet share and net revenue within the portfolio, and also developing and closing new business prospects within the portfolio. </span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Develop product expertise to ensure smooth sales. </span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Drive the development of the sales pipeline within the overall portfolio aggressively through prospecting and doing sales pitches. </span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Be the customer's voice, clearly communicating requirements and feedback to other departments such as banking, product development and account management.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Cross Selling and Up-selling to the client base and growing the account to achieve the portfolio quota. </span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Attending meetings with clients inside and outside their offices to build better relationships with them. </span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Achieving client relationship targets and KPI’s as set by the team lead. </span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients. </span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Updating the CRM for any change with regard to a client.<br></span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong><span style="font-family: arial, sans-serif;">Mandatory Qualifications: </span></strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Overall 8-10 years of relevant experience in Key Account Management/Sales in B2B space.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Team handling experience</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong leadership and management skills</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Knowledge of best customer service practices. </span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, sans-serif;
