AmazonPay also enables customers to manage their account preferences and see their off-Amazon transactions. Hundreds of thousands of Users make millions of transactions worldwide on AmazonPay. We develop software at every level of the stack from front-end user interfaces to backend server software and everything in between.

You will tackle complex challenges that require both technical acumen and strong stakeholder communication. Your leadership will empower engineers to deliver impactful solutions, grow in their careers, and thrive in a high-trust, high-performance environment.

- 7+ years of engineering experience
- 3+ years of engineering team management experience
- 8+ years of leading the definition and development of multi tier web services experience
- Knowledge of engineering practices and patterns for the full software/hardware/networks development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, certification, and livesite operations
- Experience partnering with product or program management teams
