You will operate with high ownership in an ambiguous and fast-moving environment, translating strategic goals into scalable operating rhythms that unlock sustained brand and seller growth across marketplaces.

Key job responsibilities
Own the end-to-end program for onboarding new brands through seller aggregators, including brand discovery, prioritization, onboarding readiness, and launch execution.

Partner closely with seller aggregators to identify high-potential emerging and strategic brands aligned to Amazon’s customer needs, category growth priorities, and long-term selection strategy.

Act as a single-threaded owner for aggregator-led onboarding journeys, working hands-on with partners to unblock issues across documentation, compliance, catalog setup, supply readiness, and operational enablement.

Design and implement scalable mechanisms, playbooks, and SOPs that simplify and standardize the brand onboarding process while reducing time-to-launch and manual dependencies.

Define success metrics (e.g., onboarding velocity, launch quality, brand activation, and post-launch performance) and establish regular inspection mechanisms to drive continuous improvement.

Work cross-functionally with Business Development, Category, Operations, Compliance, Tech, and Seller Experience teams to resolve systemic bottlenecks and raise the bar on onboarding quality and consistency.

Identify recurring pain points faced by brands and aggregators, and drive automation, tooling, or policy improvements to eliminate defects at the root.

Influence partners and internal stakeholders through data-backed insights, clear narratives, and strong program governance, even without direct authority.

Build long-term, trust-based relationships with seller aggregators, positioning Amazon as the preferred platform for launching and scaling new brands.

Contribute to the broader seller and brand growth charter by identifying expansion opportunities, piloting new onboarding models, and scaling what works across categories and marketplaces.- 2+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of Computerized Maintenance Management System program experience
- 3+ years of maintenance planner/scheduler in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or distribution industries experience
- 3+ years of advanced Microsoft Word and Excel experience
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field, or 2+ years of Amazon RME (BB/3P) full time experience
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
