Job Description

Lead a team of developers and ensure timely delivery of silicon designs using Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Collaborate with engineering teams to develop, deploy, maintain, and support Google Cloud infrastructure optimizing Silicon design flows.
Automate tasks wherever possible.
Plan projects including human resources, physical resources, and schedules to meet project milestones.
Guide, mentor, and coach other team members.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT-related field, or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience with system design.
5 years of experience with managing technical work, driving engineering strategy and roadmap, and managing and developing a team.
3 years of experience with organizational design.

Preferred qualifications:

8 years of experience in analyzing and troubleshooting distributed systems.
5 years of experience with leadership development and employee career growth.
