Job Description

Partner with engineering, business, privacy, security, and legal teams to enable and sustain business systems that support the Devices and Services product area.
Design, develop, and sustain business critical applications, leveraging a broad spectrum of technologies, including the Salesforce platform.
Work with teams to create an integrated Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform to support cross-functional use cases. Develop and support Salesforce applications using Apex and Lightning technologies.
Develop, test, and deploy custom capabilities within Salesforce instances managed by Center of Excellence, using Apex and Lightning technologies.
Build relationships with internal and external partners to help drive long-term system goals. Lead and manage the design, configuration and deployment of medium complexity CRM and other modules to support business automation.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related field, or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience working with configuration and custom development CRM modules in SFDC (Salesforce). Experience integrating SFDC (Salesforce) with business applications
Experience coding in APEX.

Preferred qualifications:

Certified Salesforce Platform Developer (I or II).
Experience with web technologies (JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, XML, JavaScript, JSON, or Ajax) and Web Services (RESTful, SOAP).
Experience with Lightning Web Components and SalesforceDX.
Understand software implementation lifecycle (e.g., analyze, design, build, test, implement, support).

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Experience coding in APEX.
