Job Description

Work with clients to gather requirements and analyze feature gaps with the indexing platform. Summarize, present, and prioritize feature requests to the Data Indexing engineering team, team leads, and clients.
Align with clients on the onboarding timelines and set joint Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). Work with Product Management and engineering leads throughout the organization to shape the future direction of the product.
Partner with Product Management and engineering of crawling and serving backend systems to provide a coherent development experience.
Work with cross-functional teams including UX and Tech Writers to summarize findings and propose changes to improve product APIs/Software Development Kit (SDKs) and documentation.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in product management.

Preferred qualifications:

Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience as Infrastructure Product Manager (e.g., Cloud, SaaS, etc.).
Experience in communicating with clients who are first-party or third-party engineers.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in product management.
