Job Description

Lead the design and implementation of a Process Excellence framework, identify and combine synergies across existing and developing programs to drive more impact to meet business goals.
Resolve operational gaps between operations and programs.
Innovate to build a more resilient operation that can adapt to future changes.
Work with global partners and functional business partners to establish efficient and consistent processes.
Monitor performance, collect and analyze data in order to recognize and resolve process inefficiencies and potential problem areas that might impact multiple work-streams.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of experience analyzing data and generating business insights.
7 years of experience in a customer or client-facing role supporting Scaled Operations.
7 years of experience developing operational process solutions, and working with cross-functional teams to drive these changes.

Preferred qualifications:

Master's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Six Sigma certification.
Experience with dashboard tools such as SQL/Dremel, Data Studio, or Tableau.
Experience collecting, synthesizing, analyzing, and visualizing sources of data used to derive insights and form recommendations to improve operational efficiency and efficacy.
Ability to work with partners (e.g., vendor operations and vendor agents) in a positive, productive way that encourages collaboration.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence without authority at all levels, and cultivate cross-functional relationships for mutual benefit.
