Job Description

Lead the grow and its capacity and ensure its long-term success.
Manage the local team, overseeing individual development, driving project execution and establishing a healthy team culture of excellence and inclusivity.
Ensure that the teams have well-defined missions and sufficient autonomy to achieve operational excellence while collaborating effectively with US-based peers and other Databases teams across regions.
Build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners, customers, and the wider developer community.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in designing and developing large-scale distributed systems, and 5 years of experience managing teams.
Experience in cloud computing.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience in Database Internals.
Experience in Generative AI.
Experience and intuitive understanding of the application development process.
Excellent sense of curiosity and ability to learn quickly and adapt to rapidly evolving project requirements and timelines and technologies.
