Job Description

Embrace a growth mindset to evaluate various technologies and Google products, and develop Proofs of Concept (PoCs).
Provide technical leadership and mentoring junior engineers in the team.
Create scalable, reliable, and high-performance solutions to meet the diverse and evolving needs of customers.
Contribute as a full-stack engineer, managing technical aspects of development, including design, coding, unit testing, integration, and deployment.
Collaborate with partners and external stakeholders, product managers, UX designers, and engineers to define the feature road-map and milestones.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, and with data structures/algorithms.
5 years of experience in launching and testing software products, with 3 years of experience with software design, and architecture.

Preferred qualifications:

3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
Experience with full-stack including Quality, Infrastructure, and Feature Development, with knowledge of AI/ML.
Knowledge of cloud technology and reference architectures.
Ability to integrate public policy with business strategy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to executives and non-technical leaders.
