Job Description

Develop talent by leveraging recruiting processes and tools, and gather role requirements and recommendations.
Influence hiring managers on their hiring strategy and provide status updates on open roles.
Partner with key business, staffing, and hiring stakeholders to build solutions for diversity, equity, and inclusion objectives.
Manage recruiting initiatives to meet established goals. Improve the new hire, hiring manager, and recruiter experience.
Advocate and create an excellent experience, support assessments, evaluate skills and client needs, and drive the interview and offer process.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
3 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, business development, business operations or account management.

Preferred qualifications:

4 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.
3 years of experience in negotiating compensation packages or related negotiation experience.
3 years of experience in the execution of technical recruiting, or related technical experience.
Experience in leading projects.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
3 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, business development, business operations or account management.
