Job Description

Adopt a growth approach to evaluate various technologies and Google products, and develop Proofs of Concept (PoCs).
Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers in the team.
Contribute as a full-stack engineer, managing all technical aspects of development, including design, coding, unit testing, integration, and deployment.
Review code developed by other engineers and provide feedback to ensure best practices.
Collaborate with partners, external stakeholders, product managers, UX designers, and engineers to define the feature road-map and milestones.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, and with data structures/algorithms.
3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.

Preferred qualifications:

Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
Experience in a technical leadership role.
Experience developing accessible technologies.
