Job Description

Lead the planning and execution of software engineering programs to deliver optimal business, operational, and technical improvements aligned with organizational OKRs.
Drive technical projects from requirements through launch, including managing project schedules, removing roadblocks, proactively identifying risks and dependencies, and communicating effectively.
Engage with engineering directors, product leaders and other TPM groups to streamline processes, simplify execution, manage OKRs, release on time, find efficiencies, and transform the operational effectiveness of the organization.
Drive cross-functional and cross-team alignment to ensure shared understanding and successful project delivery.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in project management.
Experience in Program Management or Project Management, Stakeholder Management, Agile Methodologies and Software Development Life-Cycle Management.

Preferred qualifications:

Master’s degree, PhD, or equivalent experience in Engineering, Computer Science, or other technical related field.
2 years of experience in Software Engineering, Software Infrastructure Engineering, Security, Big Data and Analytics, or Cloud Networking.
Familiarity with creating dashboards and scripting to improve automation and processes.
Ability to drive technical discussions or resolve technical issues with engineering leads.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in project management.
Experience in Program Management or Project Management, Stakeholder Management, Agile Methodologies and Software Development Life-Cycle Management.
