Job Description

Collaborate effectively with colleagues across the service. Deliver level-appropriate project work aligned with our priorities.
Coach and guide the team for long-term career success.
Make strategic engineering decisions to grow the product. Work with partner teams (e.g., Technical Program Manager, Program Manager, Site Reliability Engineering, Engineering Productivity) to deliver on product goals.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in software development, and with data structures/algorithms.
5 years of experience with design and architecture, and testing/launching software products.

Preferred qualifications:

Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
5 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization involving cross-functional, or cross-business projects.

5 years of experience with design and architecture, and testing/launching software products.
