Job Description

Develop a deep understanding of client needs based on their MOs/CBOs and measurement objectives, provide optimal measurement strategy, and define right KPIs based on their eligibility criteria.
Design and execute measurement studies (Conversion Lift, Brand Lift Study, XNR, Experiments, etc.) for clients and optimize for success ensuring there is a StatSig read on uplift.
Be able to model results and triage to ROI analysis on the broader media plans. Analyze attribute lift, across channels to inform the right channel strategy.
Partner with Account Executives (AE) and Product Specialists (PSA) to interpret measurement results for the client and identify opportunities to increase product adoption for key solutions and grow investment.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience with marketing analytics, return on investment, and statistical analysis.
Experience in translating quantitative data into actionable insights.
Experience with Python, SQL or scripts, building data models or analytic dashboards to pull insights from data sets.

Preferred qualifications:

Master's degree in Analytics.
Certifications in digital advertising measurement.
5 years of experience with media mix modeling, A/B testing, incrementality, marketing analytics, and advanced Google Analytics integrations.
Ability to operate sufficiently and collaborate as part of a tight-knit team.
Ability to work in fast-paced environments with effective time-management skills.
