Job Description
Customer Success Services (CSS) is an organization providing tailored mission critical support services for the full Oracle Product Stack. Customer Success Services understands the customer's needs and helps them to increase availability, improve performance, mitigate risk and save cost.
CSS is looking for Engineers skilled and with real experience on Middleware technologies mainly on SOA related products and architectures. Engineers with experience in installation and configuration in highly available environments, patching, administration and monitoring, troubleshooting, and the design of SOA and BPM based solutions to cover the requirements transmitted by a customer.
It is preferred engineer with experience in Oracle EBS integrations using SOA suite.
Experience in any Oracle Applications is a plus.
Experience in integrations with any Cloud platform is a must.
These engineers will join the CSS Global SaaS & Apps Delivery, a team which centrally delivers proactive and reactive services for any country across the globe.

Has experience on areas like installation and configuration, patching, administration, monitoring, troubleshooting.
Has experience with highly available environments.
Has Hands-on experience with Oracle SOA/OSB & OIC for building integration flows, working with File Server, and implementing various integration patterns (request/response, event-driven, etc.).
Has Expertise in configuring OIC to handle transformation and orchestration of interfaces between third-party systems and Oracle Cloud.
Has Expertise in integrating Oracle and non Oracle applications.
Has Advanced knowledge of XSLT, SQL, PL/SQL, and Unix scripting for data transformation, integration, and automation within Oracle Integration Cloud.
Is Proficient in supporting custom applications using VBCS and creating workflows with PCS to streamline business processes.
Has Strong understanding of Open API specifications, REST and SOAP APIs, and securing APIs via OCI API Gateway.
Has Experience with OCI terminology and integration of OCI services with Oracle Cloud applications and third-party systems.
Has Experience with Oracle Logging Analytics
Has Proficiency in REST, SOAP, WSDL, WADL, and Swagger for API integration and web services development.
Has Strong expertise in API management and securing APIs using OCI API Gateway.
Has Experience with JavaScript to develop custom functions in OIC for enhanced application functionality.
Has Expertise in XML, WSDL, and other data exchange formats used for integrating Oracle Cloud with third-party systems and applications.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in SOA and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), with strong expertise in configuring SOA/OIC to handle transformations, orchestrations, and integrations between third-party systems and Oracle Cloud.
Proven experience in Oracle Integration Cloud development and delivery, with sound knowledge of the technology and at least 10 years of experience in building and delivering solutions from scratch.
Excellent problem-solving skills and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team, collaborating with stakeholders to solve business needs.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Collaborate with product owners, QA teams, and stakeholders to understand requirements, work on user stories/backlog items, and ensure high-quality delivery.
Ability to keep track of schedules and ensure on-time delivery of assigned tasks, optimizing pace and meeting deadlines.
Participate in standup meetings and provide progress updates regularly.
Experience in Oracle WebCenter Portal, WebCenter Sites, Content management, Oracle Identity & Access Management, OAS and ODI is a plus
Fluent English (other additional languages will be also valued)
Availability to travel and work onsite at customers by not less than 50%
Availability to work 24x7 (on-call)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead Oracle Fusion Middleware modernization projects, playing a direct role in the upgrade, maintenance, technical support, performance tuning, and administration services for Oracle SOA/BPM Suite, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle WebLogic Server (WLS), and Oracle HTTP Server (OHS)
Design, develop, and support integrations using Oracle SOA Suite 12C, Oracle Service Bus (OSB) 12C and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Gen 2/3.
Implement integration solutions between Oracle Cloud products (ERP, HCM, etc.) and third-party applications such as CRM Sales Force, DMS, and SAP ERP.
Develop integration flows utilizing REST/SOAP services, file integrations, and various integration patterns.
Create and manage APIs using Open API standards, ensuring secure connections via API Gateway in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
Expertise in API specifications, including integration of REST and SOAP APIs with third-party systems and Oracle Cloud solutions.
Develop HLD/LLD for integration projects, ensuring comprehensive documentation and clear technical specifications.
Implement Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions for Oracle Integration Cloud, ensuring high availability and business continuity.
Configure OCI services, including IAM, Functions, and Autonomous Database, and integrate with OIC and third-party systems.
Develop integrations with OCI Logging Analytics for monitoring and performance analysis of integration flows.
To develop and manage the technical relationship with a designated account(s) in order to maximize the value of CSS to the customer,
To develop and maintain trusted relationships with the other Oracle contacts within designated account(s) and relevant third parties,
To act as the technical primary point of contact for Oracle Support
To safeguard customer satisfaction, and renewal, through quality delivery and added value.
Engage directly in architectural tasks and collaborate with colleagues to implement best practices specific to the projects.
Detect and address performance challenges, security issues, and other technical concerns proactively.
Analyze, troubleshoot and solve whenever feasible, the issues the customer may face using Oracle products.
Identify required/recommended actions on Customer systems as main output of service delivery, based on own knowledge and experience;
Escalate at the right time customer issues to Technical Account Manager where relevant;
Ensure adherence to internal methodology, tools and quality standards;
Actively participate on Services development.
Actively collaborate with other engineers in the team or in other teams, to share knowledge, experiences and others, which can benefit CSS Business results.
