Job Description

We’re seeking someone to join our team as a Associate to deliver a range of HR Operations activities including compensation operations for a variety of users including, but not limited to business unit clients, HR Coverage and Global HR counterparts.

In the Human Resources division, we provide advice and insight to attract, retain, reward and develop a talented global workforce, giving employees the support and tools, they need to succeed. This is an Associate level position within the Compensation/Global Mobility team which is responsible for supporting all activities related to International mobility of employees and performing verification of compensation related details updated on Morgan Stanley's internal systems.

What you'll do in the role :

  • The candidate needs to deliver on standard and complex processes for HR Solutions, leveraging standard operating procedures.
  • He/she needs to work with large sets of confidential data including compensation/global mobility.
  • Timely data reporting, analytics and presentation to different stakeholders, conduct reviews, audits of all HR data including compensation data, escalate and fix anomalies.
  • Prepare ADHOC reports on request of senior leaders / stakeholders, per requirements. Serve as a point of contact for global teams, including collating critical metrics, manage aspects of global projects, ensure communication is maintained among different regional teams.
  • Manage the HR Applications, including working with external vendors as applicable.

What you'll bring to the role:

  • Experience in working with large data sets.
  • Reporting and analytics experience including financial reporting as it relates to compensation, headcount etc.
  • Strong Excel skills (proficient in the use of functions, pivot tables etc.)
  • Possess a strategic view of data representation.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Aptitude for learning and assimilating new systems and technologies.
  • At least 2 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role.
