Financial Analyst 3
Job Description
As a member of Oracle GBF’s Compensation organization, you will drive key cross functional business practices.
- SPOC : be the single point of contact for all comp plan queries from sales reps/ managers. You will be the Go to” person for sales team on their compensation queries : “when” , “how” and “how much”
- Understand the process and be in a position to suggest “way forward” on compensation queries
- Collaborate with LOB finance business partner on any questions on quantum of “quota”
- Provide financial support for planning and control with regard to compensation
- Coordinate quota setting for region and drive Plan acceptance
- Verify Commission forecast and actual tracking
- Track any exception requests CERT/others thru the year;
- Participate in cross functional programs and projects
