Software Development Snr Manager
Job Description
Manage a team that designs, develops, troubleshoots and debugs software programs for databases, application. You will be responsible for building and operating mechanisms to:
1. High availability and maintaining a high operational posture of your service.
2. Setting the roadmap for the service by negotiating requirements and deliverables with product management, various internal and external customers.
3. Developing project development plans.
4. Own and drive the team to deliver on availability and roadmap items
5. Engage the talent for growth and efficiency.
You will apply your knowledge of software architecture to manage software development tasks associated with developing, debugging or designing software applications, operating systems and databases according to provided design specifications. You should be able to work effectively in a collaborative and agile environment; and have a hands-on management approach.
