Job Description

AWS Professional Services Cloud Migration Consultant with IaC automation, Cloud Formation & Terraform experience. Deep expertise in Data Center Applications, Servers & Storage migrations from on-premise to cloud or cloud to cloud. Experience in assessing customer business needs and technology landscape to identify opportunities and recommend the optimal migration strategy.

Professional Services engage in a wide variety of projects for customers and partners, providing collective experience from across the AWS customer base. Our team collaborates across the entire AWS organization to bring access to product and service teams, to get the right solution delivered and drive feature innovation based upon customer needs. You will collaborate with our customers and/or partners on key engagements and will develop and deliver proof-of-concept projects, technical workshops, feature comparisons, and execute migration projects.

You will be based in Hyderabad/Bangalore/Pune/Delhi and might have to travel globally to ensure customer success.

Key job responsibilities
As an experienced technology professional, you will be responsible for:
- Designing and implementing complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions tailored to customer needs
- Providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout project delivery
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective migration strategies
- Acting as a trusted advisor to customers on industry trends and emerging technologies
- Sharing knowledge within the organization through mentoring, training, and creating reusable artifacts

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience in large scale application/server migration from on-premise to cloud.
- Good knowledge on Compute, Storage, Security and Networking technologies
- Good understanding and experience on dealing with firewalls, VPCs, network routing, Identity and Access Management and security implementation
