- As is analysis of the state department's IT Portal(s)

- Requirement Analysis for integrated IT Portal and DPR preparation

- Drafting FRS / scope of work for an integrated IT Portal.

- Planning and preparation of RFP and Bid Process Management

- Function Point Analysis to ascertain Project Cost

- Suggesting latest advancements in IT infrastructure and cloud computing to the client.

- Conduct impact assessment, monitor project progress with defined KPIs, etc.
