Profile Description
We’re seeking someone to join our team as (Associate) in Market Risk Data team.


Firm Risk Management
In the Firm Risk Management division, we advise businesses across the Firm on risk mitigation strategies, develop tools to analyze and monitor risks and lead key regulatory initiatives.

What you’ll do in the role:
The primary responsibilities of the role include the following: • Perform data quality checks for trades, risk measures, market data, stress testing & FRTB SA. • Observe data issue patterns, collaborate with data providers for timely resolution. • Ensure accurate & timely production of market risk metrics daily. • Collaborate with Risk managers and improve the effectiveness of controls and processes. • Collaborate with technology in implementing Data related strategic programs. • Contribute to automation of manual processes, where possible.

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Minimum of 2 years of Market Risk Middle Office experience.
• Knowledge of Market Risk and financial products is preferred.
• Control mindset with attention to details.
• Advanced Excel, VBA programming & SQL. Knowledge of Python & Power BI will be an added advantage.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree, Engineering or Finance is a plus.
