Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Finance Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle EBS Financials modules, ensuring alignment with business processes and financial reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather business requirements and translate them into Oracle EBS Finance solutions.
Configure and implement Oracle Financials modules, including but not limited to:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Fixed Assets (FA)
- Cash Management (CM)
- Financial Reporting (FSG, BI Publisher)
Perform gap analysis and provide solutions for business process improvements.
Conduct user training and knowledge transfer sessions for end-users and stakeholders.
Collaborate with technical teams to design and test customizations, extensions, and reports.
Troubleshoot and resolve functional and configuration issues in Oracle EBS.
Ensure compliance with financial and accounting regulations.
Work with cross-functional teams to support integrations with other systems (e.g., Payroll, Procurement, Supply Chain).
Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and patches, ensuring minimal business disruption.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, IT, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in Oracle EBS Finance modules.
Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles.
Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12 (12.1.x or 12.2.x).
Knowledge of Multi-Org, SLA (Subledger Accounting), and Taxation setups.
Experience with Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and reporting tools like BI Publisher is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Oracle EBS Finance Certification.
Experience in cloud migration (Oracle Cloud Financials) is a plus.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
