Your Role

Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and process flows.
Support solution design across ServiceNow modules (ITSM mandatory; ITOM/HRSD/CSM preferred).
Coordinate with developers for configuration, testing, and UAT.
Conduct workshops, demos, and stakeholder reviews.Support platform enhancements, releases, and documentation.
Requirement specification for enhancement requests for existing servicenow tools and processes

Your Profile

6-12 years of total experience with 4+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Business Analyst.
Experience in business requirement gathering, documentation, and process design.
Ability to create user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
Should have a deep and broad understanding of how ServiceNow delivers ITSM/ITOM/HRSD/ITBM/GRC to the organization and able to align business requirements to the specific way these are implemented within that platform.
