Primary Skills

Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP GTS to manage global trade operations, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, customs, and logistics requirements. Integrate SAP GTS with SAP SD and other modules to optimize trade processes and enhance global trade compliance.
Configure and optimize customs management processes, including import/export processes, tariff management, and customs declarations. Strong knowledge of SAP GTS functionalities such as import/export, global trade documents, and risk management.
Provide expertise in managing global trade processes across different regions, ensuring compliance with local and international trade laws. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration with SAP SD, SAP MM, and other relevant SAP modules.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues during the testing, training, and go-live phases of the SAP GTS implementation. Ensure that trade processes are fully optimized and compliance is maintained throughout the system lifecycle.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and configure SAP GTS to meet business goals and trade regulations. Customize workflows, data management processes, and reporting to streamline global trade operations.
Automate and streamline global trade processes such as export documentation, customs compliance, and tariff management within SAP GTS to improve efficiency, reduce manual work, and ensure accurate trade reporting and compliance.
Create and maintain detailed documentation for SAP GTS configurations, process flows, and system customizations. Develop and provide reports on trade compliance, customs, and global logistics operations to management.

Secondary Skills

Conduct user training and knowledge transfer to ensure smooth adoption of SAP GTS across departments.
Develop and maintain custom reports, workflows, and system enhancements related to global trade and customs compliance.
Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement of SAP GTS functionalities, ensuring systems are up to date with changing regulations.
Assist in managing global trade projects, ensuring that timelines, resources, and deliverables are met.
Participate in audits to ensure compliance with both internal and external trade regulations and requirements.
Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP GTS developments, industry standards, and global trade regulations to recommend system updates or improvements.
