Your Role

Business Development

Support new client acquisition and business expansion in the NCE and UK markets.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals showcasing our people analytics capabilities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the NCE and UK regions.
Contribute to the development of go-to-market strategies and thought leadership initiatives.

People Analytics Leadership

Lead and mentor a team of people analytics professionals.
Develop and implement the people analytics strategy, roadmap, and vision.
Provide expert guidance on advanced statistical analysis, predictive modelling, and data visualization techniques.
Translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations for HR and business leaders.
Champion a data-driven culture within the organization.

Your Profile

Master's degree or Ph.D. in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field).
6+ years of progressive experience in people analytics, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of using data to drive business outcomes and influence decision-making.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and consulting skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in statistical software packages (e.g., R, Python) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
