Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

CAPA/PRODUCTIVITY ENGINEER
Exp- 2 to 4 Years
Location- Pune

ROLE:

Drive and/or own Root cause analysis of various system and mechanical failures of Azurion and CT AMI products.
Work cross-functionally with global stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of all Ideas to Implementation stage
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the QMS, proposing and implementing enhancements to processes, tools, and systems to drive overall quality performance and operational excellence
Basic Data analysis in Excel and good Presentation skills.
Improve design and supplier processes, wherever possible to build robust supply chain.
Able to demonstrate and solve complex problems using problem solving tools. Strong control over DFMEA to PFMEA linkage and process controls.
Communicate the challenges and resolutions to stakeholders.
Lead Analysis of defects for deciding if supplier caused or Design causes.
Facilitates collaboration between R&D and suppliers in Design for Excellence (DfX) initiatives to enhance product design quality and innovation.
Support R&D during product development by providing insights on manufacturability and integration and work as quality gatekeeper for all documentation delivered as part of supplier transfer activity.

Job Description - Grade Specific

Minimum of 2-4 years of related engineering experience (medical device or regulated industry preferred).
Wide-ranging experience within an engineering function.
Your skills include experience in working with commercial functions and service/installation functions within the organization and Fluent/advanced English
You have a Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Mechanical engineering
