Your Role

Total Experience: 9-12 Years Only

Location: Mumbai

Design and execute communication, training, and enablement plans to support new technology adoption.
Identify organizational impacts, anticipate resistance, and implement strategies to ensure smooth transition.
Lead adoption, awareness, and engagement campaigns that drive cultural and behavioral change.
Track and measure change KPIs such as adoption levels, user satisfaction, and readiness indicators.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to foster cultural alignment and reinforce long‑term change sustainability.

Your Profile

Minimum 5+ years of experience in leading change management for technology transformation projects.
Strong knowledge of change methodologies such as ADKAR, Kotter, Prosci, and their practical application.
Experience working in multinational environments and large‑scale digital transformation programs.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Fluency in English with the ability to influence and drive adoption across diverse teams.
