Responsibilities: A day in the life of an Infoscion • As part of the Infosys consulting team, your primary role would be to get to the heart of customer issues, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions and facilitate deployment resulting in client delight. • You will develop a proposal by owning parts of the proposal document and by giving inputs in solution design based on areas of expertise. • You will plan the activities of configuration, configure the product as per the design, conduct conference room pilots and will assist in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design • You will conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates which suit the customer budgetary requirements and are in line with organization’s financial guidelines • Actively lead small projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high quality value adding solutions to customers. Educational Requirements Bachelor of Engineering Additional Responsibities: • Ability to query and display large data sets while maximizing the performance of workbook • Ability to interpret technical or dashboard structure and translate complex business requirements to technical specifications • Advanced Tableau development skills preferred • Understanding of advanced calculations and statistical functions • A solid understanding of SQL, relational database management system, data modeling, and normalization • Strong communication skills Location of posting - Infosys Ltd. is committed to ensuring you have the best experience throughout your journey with us. Technical and Professional Requirements: • Design, develop, modify, publish, test and troubleshoot dashboards, data modeling • Maintain complex Tableau reports for scalability, manageability, performance, and re-use • Adding or creating dimensions, measures, and calculations • Know about and provide connections to existing, new and diverse data sources • Develop extracts, publish data sources and workbooks, custom scripts • Resolve any data or performance issues related to workbooks and data sources • Perform complex technical tasks such as integration with R • Co-ordinate releases of data, workbooks • Determine the best implementation that will meet the design of the architect • Work with team members to create useful reports and dashboards that provide insight, improve/automate processes, and add value to the team • Work through iterative review cycles to deliver results that meet or exceed user expectations • Ensure consistency by adhering to a set of software coding and style guides
