Tech Lead
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand user requirements, business objectives, and technical constraints, and translate them into effective UI/UX designs for Azure/AWS cloud applications.
Design and develop responsive, accessible, and visually appealing user interfaces for cloud-based applications, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience across devices and platforms.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate UI/UX design concepts, interaction flows, and visual specifications, and iterate based on feedback from stakeholders, end users, and usability testing.
Work closely with Solution Architects and Developers to integrate UI/UX designs into applications including cloud, leveraging cloud services and components to achieve a cohesive and consistent user interface.
Champion user centered design principles and besat practices, ensuring that UI/UX designs are optimized for usability, accessibility, and engagement, and align with Azure design guidelines and standards.
Collaborate with front-end developers to translate UI/UX designs into functional, responsive, and performant user interfaces, maintaining visual consistency and fidelity throughout the development lifecycle.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to gather insights into user behavior, preferences, and pain points, and leverage findings to enhance and iterate on UI/UX designs.
Stay updated on UI/UX design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices, and advocate for the adoption of innovative design techniques and tools to elevate the quality of Azure cloud UI/UX solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related fieldrelevant UI/UX certifications or training in cloud design principles is a plus.
Proven experience in designing and developing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for cloud based applications, with a focus on Microsoft Azure or similar cloud platforms.
Proficiency in UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar, with a solid understanding of creating interactive prototypes, wireframes, and mockups
Familiarity with front-end technologies and frameworks such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React, with the ability to collaborate effectively with front-end developers to implement UI designs within Azure applications.
Understanding of user research methodologies, usability testing, and user centric design principles, with the ability to gather and leverage user insights to inform UI/UX decisions.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX design projects, with a focus on cloud-based applications, responsive design, accessibility, and user engagement.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross functional teams, articulate design concepts, and incorporate feedback into UI/UX iterations.
