Job Description

As Scrum master facilitate the daily standup daily scrum and helping the team reach a consensus.
Helping the team make progress on the project by ensuring each person is working on the right tasks,
helping to remove any obstacles to the team members progress and record and take progress the impediments on time.
He acts as the coach for the development team and the product owner.
Responsibility
Work directly with multiple stakeholders across multiple geographies, such as Product Owners, Analytics, Engineers and Architects to produce accurate delivery estimates and manage the transition from analysis through to design and delivery
Empower teams to collaborate and make effective decisions promoting adaptive planning, evolutionary development, early delivery and continuous improvement
Define Agile working approach and enforce all team members to follow a consistent Scaled Agile methodology across the business and IT
Ensure awareness, involvement and support from key stakeholders by building strong project teams and maintaining robust communications on the initiative status throughout its lifecycle Should have 8 plus Years of relevant experience.
Proven experience in Scrum Master and Agile Delivery methods
Experience in Agile Project methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence
Desired Relevant Agile Certifications such as SAFE, Certified Scrum Master or Agile Certified Practitioner
Ability to articulate or translate complex information through clear and meaningful and structured way
Excellent stakeholder management skills and should be able to easily engage with various
Experience on Project Agile management Practices tools
Delivery in Dynamic Environment, Practicing of Agile and DevOps, Excellent Team Management and Sprint Velocity Either Systems and or Business Analysis skills
Good to have Skills Knowledge of Agile and DevOps, Knowledge of Java, FE, Low Code technologies
Strong communication and planning skills
