Role Overview: The SLP Manager will lead security and loss prevention strategies with primary emphasis on reducing MDR reject losses across the network. This strategic leadership position is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive loss prevention programs, driving complex investigations, and managing critical stakeholder relationships. The role requires data-driven decision making to enhance operational security and achieve measurable reduction in losses while maintaining strong business partnerships.

Key job responsibilities
Key Responsibilities: The position leads all aspects of security and loss prevention, including development and execution of investigation strategies, trend analysis, and implementation of preventive measures. Primary focus areas include managing MDR reject loss investigations, achieving performance targets, and driving process improvements through cross-functional collaboration. The role oversees risk assessments, security audits, and ensures compliance with established protocols while monitoring key metrics. Leadership responsibilities include managing SLP specialists, mentoring team members, and presenting investigation findings to senior management. The position requires regular engagement with business partners to drive security awareness and implement loss prevention initiativesMinimum graduate with 10 years plus of experience on investigative or loss prevention field, preferably in a multinational environment or Minimum 15 years of armed forces or law enforcement service experience with at least 2 years of corporate Security/Loss Prevention Experience. - Strong analytical and problem solving skills -Advanced level of computer literacy including proficiency in MS office package -Strong communication skills & fluent knowledge of verbal & written English/ vernacular language. -Demonstrated ability to deal with business tools & understand business metrics -Demonstrated ability to perform in pressure environment with adherence to timelines -Critical thinking & attention to detail of a narrative -Strong interpersonal skills & proven experience in managing stakeholders and vendors -Strong business ethics, discretion
