Experience design Lead
Job Description
Lead the creation and implementation of user-centered design strategies and solutions for digital products and services.
Core Responsibilities:
Connect with key stakeholders to understand the project objectives and needs.
Develop scenarios, navigation models and prototypes for demonstration of concept
Design, develop and deliver through integrated teams ongoing customer experience improvements innovations
Partner and collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams throughout all stages of the user-centered design process including documentation of user types, scenarios and tasks, conceptual models and process flows, wireframes and mock-ups and other related design artifacts
Lead stakeholder interviews
Define best practices and standards related to persona development/behavioral segmentation
Conducting user research and market research.
Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams throughout all stages of the user-centered design process including documentation of user types, scenarios and tasks, conceptual models and process flows, wireframes and mock-ups and other related design artifacts
Work with cross-functional teams to deliver on project timelines.
Developing information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and content.
Performing usability testing of system interactions.
Contributing to the development and execution of strategic frameworks and organizational processes.
Growing and mentoring a team of designers.
Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of strategists, designers, developers, and delivery managers.
Expertise in Figma with experience working with design systems.
Additional Skills and Competencies:
Ability to work in a complex environment and partner with business and IT to solve business problems.
Experience with competitor activity focused on design and user experience.
Strong communication skills across verbal, written, and visual presentation mediums.
Thriving in making complex concepts simple and digestible, playing between strategy and UX
Qualification - 10 years or more, professional experience with user experience design.
Proficiency in design and collaboration tools like Figma, Miro.
Having a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in fields like Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field could be preferred.
