Oracle+ETL
Job Description
- Design, develop, and implement Oracle ETL processes to support data integration and migration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand data requirements.
- Perform data profiling, cleansing, and quality checking to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries and scripts for data manipulation and reporting purposes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ETL job failures and data issues in a timely manner.
- Create and maintain documentation related to ETL processes, data mappings, and data dictionaries.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in Oracle ETL development.
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance and support.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field.
- Proven experience working with Oracle databases and ETL tools like Informatica, ODI, or SSIS.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and methodologies.
- Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and PL/SQL scripts.
- Experience in performance tuning of ETL processes for large datasets.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Relevant certifications like Oracle SQL Expert or Oracle Data Integrator are a plus.
