Amazon.com is looking for a smart, enthusiastic, hard-working, and creative candidate to join the Product Quality Insights team as a Prod Compliance Associate Sr. This position offers an exciting introduction to the Amazon Marketplace and provides a training ground for success.
You will primarily be responsible for driving increased data quality and solving challenging operational business goals. You will utilize data and develop creative processes to improve your team’s performance.
You will directly work with product management and tech teams to develop scale-able, long-term solutions which will have a significant impact on overall shopping experience of Customers at Amazon platform.

You will primarily be responsible for driving increased data quality and solving challenging operational business goals. You will utilize data and develop creative processes to improve your team’s performance.
You will directly work with product management and tech teams to develop scale-able, long-term solutions which will have a significant impact on Marketplace teams.

Basic qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Computer Science or Business) and 0 to 3 years of relevant working experience
• Advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Excel and VBA Macros
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment and passion for delivering great customer experience
• Excellent written and vocal English communication skills, along with the maturity to deal with both internal and external partners.
• Attention to detail and high capability to work on different projects in parallel
• Passion for innovation, automation and operational excellence
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and logical thinking abilities – Must be able to recognize issues and conduct root cause analyses to find solutions.
• Ability to transform data into insights and specific, actionable suggestions.
• Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, with the ability to think broadly while paying close attention to details.

Preferred qualifications
• Knowledge of High-Level Programming Languages like Python, Visual Basic and HTML
• Ability to write macros in MS Excel aimed at improving processes
• Knowledge of SQL and Data Analysis

- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
