We provide full-cycle, high-quality data and services in multiple languages, for multiple countries to power the entire lifecycle of AGI's features, languages, and devices (pre-launch, beta, and post-launch). Key job responsibilities
In this role, you will:
1. Develop and maintain of key features of the system.
2. Work with team members to devise design approaches, prototype new technology and evaluate technical feasibility.
3. Work in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high quality software against tight schedules.
4. You will apply knowledge of technology options, technology platforms, and design techniques and approaches to design an integrated solution to address business requirements.
5. You will interface with other engineers on the team for peer reviews and with a diverse set of customers (Program Managers, business stakeholders etc.) on understanding business objectives, gathering requirements and delivering solutions.
6. You will promote industry standard best practices.

Meet Amazon's Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) team whose mission is to build the world’s best Artificial General Intelligence that will enable every Amazon business to deliver more value to its customers and benefits humanity. AGI foundational models and services can be used across all businesses at Amazon. Powering this growing in AGI is need for Data, that ML model depend. AGI Data Services is a key part of AGI org providing data creation, curation, and analytics services to help develop, test, and train the AI models. This organization generates ground truth data which is used to train machine learning models. The team works with various data formats such as audio, video, and images, and packages this information to be used by internal stakeholders (e.g., data modeling and product teams).- 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience
- 5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team
- Knowledge of professional software engineering & best practices for full software development life cycle, including coding standards, software architectures, code reviews, source control management, continuous deployments, testing, and operational excellence
- Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive.
- Analytical abilities and proven design skills.
- Product delivery experience, with strong background in algorithms and high performance distributed systems.
- Experience with Web frameworks and like Django/React.js, jQuery, Require.js
- Experience in relational and non-relational databases.
- Experience in designing and building extremely reliable, scalable and high performing enterprise systems in about one-third the time that most competent people think possible.
- Experience developing cloud software services and an understanding of design for scalability, performance and reliability.
- Development experience defining, developing and maintaining REST based interfaces.
- Excellence in technical communication with peers and non-technical cohorts.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities in an engineering environment in driving operational excellence and best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in a highly innovative and fast paced environment.
