Job Description

REQUIRED SKILLS :
SAP R/3 Security & Authorization * SAP BI/BW authorization * Should have good expertise in Support and Maintenance projects. * Should have good knowledge about Upgrade & Roll outs. * User/role creation & modification * Update user master records as per request * Mass user/role creation & update * Firefighter creation & update * Change in master/derived roles * Create new org. levels & transport * Delete the role * SAP BI/BW authorizations trouble shoot using RSECADMIN * Create users related daily/weekly/monthly report * Prepare RCA report for all severity 1/2 calls within 2Review all the change calls; estimates follow up with the customer and internally within team as appropriate. * Escalation point for change activities; Prepare quality report and review & inform consultants involved to improvise & minimize quality issues. * Work on reactive and proactive problem management * Clear understanding and exposure of having worked in SOD environment ability to perform tasks with SOD in mind ROLE DESCRIPTION * Candidate should be well versed with SAP security knowledge for SAP R/3. * Candidate should be able to perform responsibility as User & role creation/modification; role change & transports; Fire fighter usage & reports; to create & work on user master records & their reports. * To work with regular system checks & system cleanup for user master records. * Trouble shoots for authorization objects and missing access issues. * Good knowledge in SAP for support activities like role matrix update; change in approvers; update requests. * Candidate should have an experience for internal audit as well. To handle customer over meeting/call to trouble shoot issue or to pursue changes in systems
