Job Description

Partner with internal teams and stakeholders to define, design, configure, test and implement solutions that improve internal business processes. Integrate third-party and first-party products into an SAP ecosystem.
Manage an engineering team responsible for implementing various software products and designing and building internal applications that support internal business processes related to financial planning and analysis.
Synthesize and drive product strategy from interactions with business stakeholders, software engineers and other cross-functional teammates.
Build consensus among cross-functional teams and influence decision making within c-level audiences.
Work with stakeholders to solve complex and broad problems.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience in managing multiple full system integration lifecycles (e.g., analyze, design, build, test, deployment, implement, support).
10 years of experience in managing cross-functional technical teams and leading programs.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience leading and mentoring business systems analysts and application engineers.
Experience with financial planning and analysis or equivalent areas in finance engineering.
Experience with SAP S/4, Anaplan, SAP SAC and SAP BPC.
Experience working with web-scale databases and building scalable data pipelines.
Experience integrating custom built solutions with vendor product offerings, including finance business processes.

As the Business Systems Analyst Manager, you will lead a team of engineers and business analysts in meeting the application needs of Google’s internal customers. You will work on different types of projects and business processes. You will learn new technologies and lead a variety of projects and teams across the organization. You will lead projects that involve new technologies or that integrate/implement multiple homegrown and third-party applications supporting financial planning and analysis business processes.
