Regional Security Manager
Job Description
- Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies that address both global and local security risks to protect the organization's assets and personnel.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive management, providing expert guidance on security matters and ensuring alignment with business objectives. Maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including law enforcement.
- Oversee Global Security and Reslilence Operations (GSRS) such as threats, physical security oversight, incident management, crisis response, crisis management and incident response.
- Manage the security budget, allocate resources effectively, and oversee relationships with external security vendors.
- Stay up-to-date with developments as well as Indian regulations and compliance requirements.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in corporate security and law enforcement/military.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in security and risk management.
- Experience working in a global organization in information technology.
